I would forever chase the sun around the world, never letting winter catch up to me. So that’s what I’m doing this year. I’ve decided to take 3 months off to travel Europe – just as summer here ends and Spring begins in Europe.
Speaking of the sun, this dress is everything summer is in a dress! The sheer printed fabric is so light and flowy in the warm breeze and the bright yellow with a bright florals is a perfect celebration of summer. It’s been my favourite formal dress this summer, but also perfect for a romantic beach picnic, watching the last sunset of summer.
Which season do you wish never came to an end?
Autumn. I love the dying of the year, the hint of crisp chill and woodsmoke in the morning light, the rime of frost on the golden brittleness of the leaves, the long melancholy twilight as the Earth slows towards the long sleep of winter.
But your shoot makes summer look so inviting, I’m almost converted…
Oh yes! Autumn is really beautiful as well – it seems particularly beautiful in the US.
